Tips and Techniques

Here we'll share our tips and techniques to keep ourselves from binging. I'll start!

So before I got my binging under control I started chewing a LOT of gum. It worked, but it made me kind of sick. But gum is a good way to start if you're having trouble. Another way to go is to take one hard look at the food you're about to eat and just say "No. I AM IN CONTROL. Not you. You can't break me. I deserve more than this, and that is why I'm not going to binge." and finally, my last technique for today: stop eating certain things. Sugar was the cue for me. When you binge on veggies it won't give the same calorie count and it'll make you feel better about it when you feel like you can't stop yourself.
