I usually eat between 35-50 carbs, which seems to put me in ketosis, especially on days that I exercise a lot. Often on Saturday, I eat around 100 carbs but exercise a lot. On Sunday morning, I workout right away, and eat LC/HF, and it seems that I go back into ketosis that day. Could it be?
