I just joined this site. I have been in TOPS for a year and went to CA SRD. I am wanting to start tracking to improve my efforts. Any suggestions? :happy:

I agree with the last post. I also belong to tops in London Ontario. I am a Kop. But struggle to stay there. I have been a kop for over a year and when I stop logging I always gain. You have to be aware of what you are eating. Exercise everyday and believe in yourself. You are doing it for you. No one else can do it for you. Goodluck on your weightloss journey. You Can do it!!! If you would like to support each other I could use a few more friends a lot of mine are no longer logging but I am keeping the faith for them and don't what to delete them. Pounds lighter, remember you have the power within you. Cynma0
