    This is a really good month for me! Yes, there are times I went past my cut-off time, but not once did I feel out of control and give into a binge. So yay!!!

    all the numbers look "good" this month!! (Well, April, yours looks "GREAT"!)

    I'm going to hang onto my "3" for as long as I can....TOM was supposed to show up, but hasn't?!?!?!? (...as in "perimenopause" is the likely culprit and not "pregnancy"...)

    Oh for pete's sakes, even though it wasn't a "true" LNS, I am giving LNS the point last night....there I was COMPLETELY full, needing ZERO more calories, and at concert, I go to line-up and order POPCORN?!?!?!?

    Just the LAME-est thing, ever. I offer zero excuse. It wasn't even late-night, it was early night, but it was too, too lame to give "Me" any points,
