What changes did you make

What changes did you make (i.e. upped calories from X to Z, stopped eating ?, etc) to start seeing changes and start seeing the scale or your body change??

    I haven't restricted anything I eat (though I don't binge or eat like I used to, before MyFitnessPal). If anything since starting EM2WL, I've added more foods back in (like real bread, not just low calorie sandwich "thins"!). I'd been lifting weights for nearly a year, but it wasn't until starting EM2WL and upping my calories to 2000 or more, that I really started to see the muscle I'd built. I'll always have wide hips and an hourglass shape, but I have gotten leaner since starting EM2WL too. I have lost more belly fat, more quickly.
