Smoothies without protein powder

Someone mentioned in the earlier thread they wanted smoothie recipes without protein powder...me too! Here is what I make on my "running" mornings based on the recipe from Alton Brown in his weight loss episode.
1 cup dark juice
1 cup soy or almond milk
About 2 cups of frozen fruit
My recommendations? I use Northland juices because they're 100% juice and tend to use the darker fruits with more antioxidants. I use soy milk but will sub 1% cow's milk if I'm out of soy. And my very very favorite fruit to use is a tropical blend from Target which has banana, pineapple, mango, and peach. Then I add frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries to that. If I did my math correctly, a 1 cup serving comes out to 120 calories.
Edit to add: I don't drink the whole thing. I just pour out a cup's worth. The other family members take care of the rest.
