I have been using HH's novice 2 plan with a Jeff twist to the long runs (run/walk every mile) and it has been working great for me. I am going to use Jeff's plan for the time improvement next time so that I can accurately compare the two (thinking Jeff's might be better considering I like to weight lift along side). We will see. I like the thought of the Magic Mile with Jeff, it is kind of a PT test mid run to see how you are doing.0

I'm thinking about doing Jeff's program next year.
I've been doing this one and I'm just not sure I'm prepared. It might not be the fault of the plan - I have limited time, which drove my choice. I should have chosen to lighten my strength training earlier in hind sight.:
