weekends

How do you stay focused on the weekends. This is a trigger for me. I am excerisisng ALOT during the week, but then the weekend comes and I eat junk food and don't excerise as much so my weight is not moving. I know I have to start walking or something over the weekend.

    I exercise more on the weekend then during the week. I find myself less hungry on weekends and I make my own meals more on the weekend. During the week I'm at work running around and am more tempted to pick up something on the go (especially breakfast) but I'm getting better and just saying no.
