Day one of my "challenge" is almost over. I did decent with food, avoided eating wheat, but didn't get in a good workout. I'll have to make an effort to do that more regularly. I am having a hard time adjusting to my new schedule. We work 7 am to 5 pm, with every other Friday off. I like the extra long weekends, but getting used to the long days is hard.

Well, on eweek of more mindful eating and I feel like I am seeing some small positive changes. Looks like I am down about half an inch on all my waist measurements.0
