My Goals

My goals in P.E.3 are to get in shape and to be able to run without dying. Another goal I have is to reach my goal weight of 90 pounds. I also want to be more confident and comfortable in my skin.I want to reach 90 pounds because I feel that 90 pounds is a good healthy weight for me. I want to be more confident because I need to have more confidence to be successful in what I want to do in the future. Being comfortable in my own body sort of goes hand in hand with being more confident. I want to be able to run over half the mile by the end of the class.
