I'm new and planning on starting the Body Revolution sometime between October 5th and 7th. My husband is joining me, which should be fun! We both started our journey to health on September 19th when we started on South Beach. At that time I weighed 206 and he weighed 280. We are tall, and our goal weights are 155 and 235 respectively. We will finish Phase 1 of South Beach on Thursday, October 3rd and start Phase 2 on the 4th. So far Phase 1 has been going very well, we are over the tiredness for the most part and ready to start exercising. I haven't seen Jillian's Kickstart yet, from what I read it sounds similar to Phase 1 of South Beach without the exercise. As of today, day 11, I am down to 197.5 and my husband is down to 268.
I mainly started this thread for some accountability for us. I am looking forward to reading her eating plan and comparing it to South Beach. Has anyone else done the two together?

Also, does anyone have good suggestions on modifying the jumping moves? I've got a prolapsed bladder, so jumping is not really a good option for me. Thanks! Nicole0

I just started Week 9 of Body Revolution and I have made alterations to all high impact moves. I have a herniated disk and bulging disks in my lower back; therefore, I use my mini trampoline for cardio moves involving jumping. Moves start to get a bit tricky the farther along you get in the program. She loves planks and every variation possible. Sometimes, I will just hold a plank for a full minute if I am struggling.
I have had great results even with alterations. So far I have lost 9 inches. Don't forget to take your measurements. Good luck!0
