DETOX SMOOTHIE

preparation: 10 minutes * processing: 30-45 seconds * yields 3 cups

1 1/2 cups cold filtered water

1/2 whole lemon, peeled

1 ripe pear cored, quartered

1 green apple

1 Tablespoon unrefined coconut oil (i use flaxseed oil)

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 Tablespoon fresh ginger root

pinch of cayenne pepper (as spicy as u like)

1/2 teaspoon of stevia or honey (any sweetener u like)

Place all ingredients into blender in this order.
Turn on low and then high for 30 -45 seconds. You may need to use the tamper to press ingredients into the blades.
This needs a powerful blender.
