Hello My Name is Carol and i am 66 years old. Struggled with my weight for years and lost and pit back weight many times, this time i want to do it for good and keep it off.
I recently moved to Kent having ling in London all my life so i am getting to grips with many changes in my life, also recently retired form the NHS

i am setting myself small goals and hope i can achieve these
