Working out

I work out 1/2 hour to 45 minutes 3 days a week. I also take a 1/2 to 1 hour walk 5 days a week, but I don't see any of the weight coming off. It's getting really frustrating.
Am I suppose to eat the calories I burn. My limit is 1200 and I try really hard to stay with that, but on the days that I go to the gym this thing says I can eat another 600 calories is that in addition to the 1200 I'm alotted?

Yes you can eat calories burned. If you're only eating 1200 a day, the exercise puts you at less than 1200 net. So you're not getting sufficient energy.0
