DAILY CHECK IN- Oct 4th 2013

I set a new personal best and did 2.51 miles in 30 minutes,

I'm finding that I have more motivation to run at night after work rather than in the morning. The only problem is I find it near impossible to find the motivation to strength train after that. So I'm thinking I'll start doing my strength work before work, and run after.

    Nicely done.

Why not run one day, strength one day you don't need to run everyday. 4 times a week would be plenty :)

Still no running, got a nice ankle support on now

Went dancing last night so got my exercise in that way.

Going running tonight when I get home from work.

I run and strenght train on the same days sometimes, I just run right when I get home from work and then cook/eat dinner and then go to the gym. Gives me time to rest and I don't like going to my gym too early because its just too busy and I feel like I have to wait on people all the time to get done with equipment. However, I do work 6:30 - 3 so am home by 4 which gives me alot more evening time than most people I think. Whatever schedule you gotta work out to get it done though go for it. Everyone is different.

Did my strength training last night. We do a lot of squats and lunges. Its a late evening class and I drag my tired self there every Thursday. I'm always glad I went though. Today is a complete rest day and tomorrow I run a 5k!
  • Oops, this was supposed to be for the third lol. I felt sick yesterday so I didn't run.
