Call me crazy because after my 5k last night, I got up this am when my husband got up(to go out of town) and decided to do another 5k. It was a memorial 5k for a teacher who was beaten to death by her husband. Funds raised went towards organizations that aid in the prevention of Domestic Violence. So it was a great cause.…

Did my first ever Zombie Run yesterday and put in 4.5 miles. Had an absolute blast and plan on adding this running app into some of my shorter runs every weeK!

DAILY CHECK IN-October 18th
Well today is race day! I'm a doing a 5k tonight. So, no training run today and no exercise class. I'll report back late tonight or tomorrow. Sorry to read about those with inuries,etc... preventing you from running. When I hurt my foot last week, I was so worried about the extent and whether I could run or not.

I'm excited to do my training run in daylight in town today since I'm off. My city built a 2.75 mile(5.5 mile out and back) bypass in town and besides helping with traffic, a lot of people use it for running.
