Well, I cannot wait until I can come here and post my run! As you might have read (pretty sure I posted it) I pulled a muscle in my calf on Saturday and am out of running-commission for a bit. There is nothing that makes you want to run more than not being able to! lol
However, yesterday I got a good workout in. I can do the stairclimber, so got my sweat going on that and then did some strength exercises. Actually feeling a bit sore in the legs today.

Ended up having to take another rest day. The pains of endometreosis strikes again. Shall try again tomorrow. Positive news I prepped all my lunches and dinners for the next week with hubby. And got a long overdue rest day.0
