Call me crazy because after my 5k last night, I got up this am when my husband got up(to go out of town) and decided to do another 5k. It was a memorial 5k for a teacher who was beaten to death by her husband. Funds raised went towards organizations that aid in the prevention of Domestic Violence. So it was a great cause.

Weather was cold and drizzly. It rained up unto the start and then stopped. I was chilled before and after the race but not bad during. I got a 3rd place medal in my age group and ran it 10 seconds faster than last night. Sunday is definitely going to be a rest day.

Great job!! I wish we had as many 5k's in my area :D I did my 4 mile run tonight for Week 5 Day 1 of training. My legs hurt so bad from the 100 squat challenge I was shocked that I ran all my miles under 14:10 and did one at 12:35! Good night for a run :D
