Morning!
I was eating at a deficit for about 5 or 6 weeks and then upped my calories to TDEE for a week. I used my FitBit and Heybale's spreadsheet to determine my calories. Just weighed this morning and I didn't even gain an ounce this week!
My question is...should I eat at TDEE for another week to give my body a break? Or can I go back to deficit now? I am planning a "deload" week next week for my lifting...and I'm not sure if the full TDEE would be good to do at that time as an extra break for my body....
Thanks![:D :D](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/lol.png)

Never mind
Kiki answered my question on the website forumI will be staying at TDEE for two weeks since I was at deficit longer than 6-8 weeks. I was still figuring my calories out during that time...so a longer TDEE eating period will be good
