Back to Deficit?

Morning!
I was eating at a deficit for about 5 or 6 weeks and then upped my calories to TDEE for a week. I used my FitBit and Heybale's spreadsheet to determine my calories. Just weighed this morning and I didn't even gain an ounce this week!
My question is...should I eat at TDEE for another week to give my body a break? Or can I go back to deficit now? I am planning a "deload" week next week for my lifting...and I'm not sure if the full TDEE would be good to do at that time as an extra break for my body....
Thanks
Rhoda

Never mind
Kiki answered my question on the website forum I will be staying at TDEE for two weeks since I was at deficit longer than 6-8 weeks. I was still figuring my calories out during that time...so a longer TDEE eating period will be good0
