Day 4: FRIDAY

Good morning loggers! I tend to find weekends harder to stay on track. The set schedule during the work week helps me to plan and prepare. My way around this is to plan out a menu on Friday for the weekend. Anyone else have this problem? How do you work around it?

    The down part about the weekends is grazing (and I will be attending a half-day conference that involves a hospitality buffet. My group is bringing fresh fruit but others are bringing cookies / timbits and other suggary stuff)

    The down part about the weekDAYS is the caff. However, I DID just buy a Boost meal-replacement 6-pack as backup while still getting the hang of regularly packing and toting lunches.
