There are a lot of lessons I have learned over my 2 year weight loss battle. 1. No workout is complete without pools of sweat on the floor. 2. Eating pancakes before a morning workout is all bad. 3. "Cravings" aren't real!! What are some things you have learned?
Day 14 of October. Sorry for my lack of posting. Was just diagnosed last week with stage 1 cervical cancer. (Not my 1st time) I sincerely hope you all are doing well and working hard towards your goals. 2 weeks left in the month, what do you hope to accomplish?
Get up, get outside and make the most of the day. Not all workouts have to be completed in a gym. Go for a walk or a hike!! Find some stairs or bleachers at a local high school and go up and down them as many times as you can. The more you move, the more calories you burn! Happy Sunday!!
Good morning loggers! I tend to find weekends harder to stay on track. The set schedule during the work week helps me to plan and prepare. My way around this is to plan out a menu on Friday for the weekend. Anyone else have this problem? How do you work around it? Hope you all have a lovely weekend!
