Day 21: hard work & dedication

There are a lot of lessons I have learned over my 2 year weight loss battle.

1. No workout is complete without pools of sweat on the floor.

2. Eating pancakes before a morning workout is all bad.

3. "Cravings" aren't real!!

What are some things you have learned?

    To quote one of my mother's most favorite sayings -

    "If it is to be, it is up to me." Pretty powerful for a mere 20 characters (and all only 2-letter words)

    And very true. I have to put in the time to get back to logging regularly, and sweating regularly (and packing lunches regularly, and doing lots of Little Bit things regularly .... :blushing: :blushing: :blushing: ) At least I have bee consistent with good-for-me breakfasts most of this month! :laugh:

    You are so right about the sweat and about the pancakes (particularly with bacon on the side YUMM!:wink: ) "Cravings" can be real - your body is demanding some trace element it needs -- but it isn't necessarily calling for the specific "goodie" you think it is calling for. There are substitution charts on the net.

    I've been unplugged for a while - how are things going with you?
