Sore bum

Ok... this is an embarrassing question, but honestly... it's a pain in my .... right.
The muscle just below the butt cheek is the trouble maker. I can't figure out how to stretch it out but the pain has been very annoying.
Anyone have a suggestion?


BTW... Haven't posted in a bit but I will run W6D3 tonight. Super excited because I have been using Zombies, Run! On top of it and am enjoying how much faster I move. Creeps me right out!

    Ah the piriformis muscle.

    To stretch this, lay on the ground with both legs flat. Raise your right knee to your chest and with assistance from your arms/hands pull it towards your left shoulder. Hold for 30-60 seconds. Repeat wth left leg.

    Been stretching more.... it's not working yet, but I'm sure it takes time.

    I'm having the same pain. Stretching helps, and I've been foam rolling every day, which is also really helping.
