My 15 Min Stretch Routine

I had a few people asking about my stretching/flexibility routine that I have adopted. Here it is:

You will need a rope or exercise band to do these (they are cheap...like $6 for a set of three).

I do this twice a day, in the morning after my runs (or after work after my run) and then before I go to bed.
