I'm a little behind at posting my exercise to this message board.
Week 3:
September 30: 12WWL Training Session (75 mins)
October 1: CSI group fitness class (60 mins)
October 2: Volleyball PE class (90 mins)
October 4: 12WWL Training Session (75mins)

I haven't been keeping up with this post, but the past couple weeks I have done the same workouts outside of class. I haven't been able to attend group fitness. I am going to try and go to a class this week.
My typical week looks like this:
Sunday: Intramural Volleyball game (45 mins)
Monday: 12WWL Training Session (75 mins)
Tuesday:
Wednesday: Volleyball PE class (90 mins)
Thursday:
Friday: 12WWL Training Session (75 mins)
Saturday:
In the past I have done the weight circuit on Wednesday before volleyball class, and I am going to try to continue that for the future. I have also attended a group fitness class on Tuesday, which I am going to try to do more in the future on Tuesday or Thursday, or hopefully both!
So far, my class and work schedule hasn't allowed me to attend as many group fitness classes as I would have liked. But hopefully, I can squeeze some in my schedule.0 -
Be sure to post when you are able to squeeze in additional workouts during the week. I know how tough that can be at times. Keep it up!0
