    Down 1.5 kg/3lbs this week, very happy with that. :bigsmile:

    WK 3--170 lbs

    -2 lbs this WK and -7 lbs so far. :)

    2 lbs down this week. Happy with that. 154 is my Ultimate Goal so I don't expect the last 12 lbs to come off quickly. 1 lb / week is just fine. I'll just stick the the game plan. Keep below MFP calories suggestion and exercise. Simple.

    Made a lot of changes in my eating and exercise this week. So nervous stepping on the scale this morning, but I guess my "tweaking" paid off!

    Week 3 - Lost 2.3 lbs
    Week 2 - Lost 1.1 lbs
    Week 1 - Lost 1.4 lbs

    And I thought I was frustrated last week. I cut back on cardio, added 30ds and ate bck more of my exercise calories and still bad results. I'm not happy at all. I've been doing this for 40 days and have lost 4 lbs. Freakin sucks.
    Eta: it's not MFP. I know it's me doing something wrong. I just have to figure out what that is before I lose it and give up.

    Up apund this week but it is just temporary. It is that time of the month and had friends over for dinner last night and didn't eat very well. Back on track this week I plan to be down to at least 153 next weigh in.

    Keep it up, lady, you're doing great. It can be slow going at first but it seems like you're on the right track.
