    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES-1 1/2 hours of strength training!!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES-no problems here!!

    Oct 5 -- yup, yup, yup!

    I head for the mountains of New Mexico tomorrow, where there is, I'm told, no cell reception. Wifi is limited to a few places. I'm going to try very hard to stay with the group, this has been a big help to me. Once I got going on the 20 minutes a day, I've been exercising more, plus drinking my water, all the good things. rebuilding my habit!

    My post is for Friday Oct. 4 and today Oct. 5

    Friday October 4:

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, I have a goal of 1530 plus 640 extra calories from working out. I used 1462 so I stayed under my goal without using exercise calories.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes I had 60 minute dance party to myself!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Saturday October 5:

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, I have a goal of 1530 plus 333 extra calories from working out. I used 1258 so I stayed under my goal without having to use exercise calories.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I know it isn't much but I did about 2 hours worth of walking today

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Plus my weigh in was on Friday and I lost .4 pounds. Woot woot

    My main exercise is walking. I have a pedometer and I try to get extra steps in during the day. Walked approx. 190 miles in Sept. Trying to walk over 200 in Oct. :)
