Oct 5 -- yup, yup, yup!
I head for the mountains of New Mexico tomorrow, where there is, I'm told, no cell reception. Wifi is limited to a few places. I'm going to try very hard to stay with the group, this has been a big help to me. Once I got going on the 20 minutes a day, I've been exercising more, plus drinking my water, all the good things. rebuilding my habit!
I've made a note on my spreadsheet that you might need some additional days beyond the usual 3-day grace period. Stick with us!0 -
