New Exercises That You've Found Work Well

So the other day my bro suggested doing star jumps with weights in my hands.
I've tried it and it's a brilliant arm workout, I really feel it in my arms the next day!
I do 4 sets of 15 as a minimum and it's a great warm up.
Are there any new exercises that you've tried that you think make a massive difference to your work out?
