Almost finished with month 1 !!!!

I can't believe that I have one more week of month one then month 2 !!!! I'm excited and
Nervous. So far I haven't lost a lot but I feel stronger and my energy is amazing.
I'm really considering doing lower carbs for month 2, I hear this is where the weight drops. Not extremely low but
No breads/ Sugar. Which I'm doing now but I do eat whole wheat.

    Instead of lowering your carbs, try lowering your Calorie intake as a whole

    for Insanity, maybe.. but you have to listen to your body. IF you do not eat enough you will never make it through
    If you eat too few carbs, you may end up with a migraine.

    How much are you eating now, how many calories, then drop it by 200 and see what happens,
    do carb cycling

    If you plan on doing Insanity for 6 days, then every other day load up on carbs. that could mean 50-100 grams of carbs more then what you are currently eating. The rest of the days, eat normal carbs.

    I've actually been a witch rhymes with a B with 1200 calories. Per the nutrion guide I should be eating close to 2000!!!
    I think I'll keep it in the range of ( 1500-1700) I pretty much eat clean 90% of the time. ;) so far down 4 pounds, recovery week starts Monday.....then month 2
