Magnesium gel

I got my legs massaged on Wednesday and experienced muscle cramping. The therapist told me that potassium, calcium and magnesium all work together and that the one people miss is magnesium. Also that magnesium is best absorbed through the skin. She then warned me that applying magnesium topically can cause a burning sensation if there's a deficiency, so I should look for a gel. I got it at Whole Foods yesterday. My leg muscles went from "post exercise fatigued" to fresh within two hours.

Really? Interesting! How often are you supposed to apply it?

Not really sure. I'm planning once a day.
