So I was really bothered that my gain of 6 lbs in one day stayed for 2 weeks. So this last week I decided to drop back to the original TDEE I had started with, was able to hit the gym all three times and today I was 2.lbs less
YAY EVEN with starting cycle today!! Usually that is a good 3-5 lb water gain to start off with.
I also measured nothing new there, but I am pleased that 2 came off, maybe another subtle change next week, but I think I may stay on reset for about 10 weeks. I just want to make sure I am not cutting too early considering I have years of below TDEE eating.
Any way I wanted to say I had upped my TDEE 2 weeks ago, but didn't really hit it most days, but also missed some gym time. Nothing changed the first 6 days then I had chinese and alot of beer gained 6lbs. then it stayed that way. My eating at TDEE was not consistent and my schedule go so hectic I missed my gym time by 50%.
Only giving this info for those that are adjusting their TDEE .
