Suggestions on a weekly training schedule for a half-marathon mid-November as well as strength twice a week & MetCon?

Here is some info on training for a half marathon: http://www.runningforbeginners.com/half-marathon-training/
The strength training in strength camp will help keep you balanced and healthy as a lot of long distance running can cause muscle imbalances. Make sure you step up the foam rolling a lot. You will need to keep the tissue quality of your legs good with all of that volume. If I dont see you foam rolling everytime your at EA then we have a problem...haha. But seriously, LOTS of foam rolling0 -
Try something like Hal Higdon. http://www.halhigdon.com/training/51131/Half-Marathon-Novice-1-Training-Program A lot of people use his programs to start, and it's similar to the guide they give out with the KY Derby festival 1/2 marathon. I used something like this to train for the races I've done, and it works out pretty well.
Good luck!0
