Same Weight, Tighter Pants

I'm about 1/2 way through stage 3 and not totally new to lifting. I am eating based on the calculations in the book, taking off the 300/per day for weight loss. I am happy tih my calories right now, never get too hungry or feel run down and I recover pretty well from my workouts. I haven't lost any weight since starting NR, but am definitely less "fatty" however, my jeans just keep getting tighter and tighter. Alot of my jeans I can't get over my hips/thighs/but anymore, but the ones I still fit into, I have less "extra" at the top. At 124 lbs and 5"3", I don't really need to lose any weight, so I am ok with that, I am just wondering why my pants keep getting tighter instead of looser. Anybody else have this problem?

The butt and thighs of all my pants are super tight, but my butt looks great. I've gained an inch on each thigh (last time I checked), and about a half inch on my waist while gaining definition all over. Sometimes, depending on where I am in a 'stage', my pants will be looser or tighter in the waist. I'm a week into Stage 4. I have almost no jiggle on my thighs and butt anymore, but I've definitely gained inches.

I can't really call it a 'problem' for me, but yeah, same here.

I guess not really a "problem" per se, just very inconvenient to have to keep getting roomier jeans when I have a closet full already that fit better when I was NOT working out.
