So I am doing the recovery Week. and I took a sneek peak of next month.
What did I get my self into?

No.. it's pretty tough. I am on the second week of month 2. But I keep reminding myself I am doing it for a reason, and I ALWAYS feel awesome after I am done. I try not to look at the time because that's what I hate!0

You CAN do it. Maybe slower. Not as many reps and midified. Your doing it at your level!! Im definetley taking a few breaks! Im actually SORE now. Holy push ups batman!! Why the hell does he ntbinclude arm/back stretches?!?! Im enjoying the more resistance power workouts. But agree the time is killer ugh.0

Well the day is the day.
and I am all carb up.. I had 3 mediam size cookes at a value of 250 calories a piece...
I was rebuilding my PC w/software and had 3 bowl of Honey Nut Cherios.
I am at 202.6 today... I am good to go0
