First time Paleo-er

Just wanted to introduce myself. First time switching to Paleo. I understand this is a lifestyle and not a diet. Because of that I do have a bit of anxiety as to how my body will react. I have eaten healthy for the past year and limited carbs to whole wheat carbs, etc. I am excited to have more energy by eating Paleo.

Breakfast seems limited. I do not eat eggs, anytime I have, I eat them smothered with cheese. Today I ate grapes for breakfast with coffee and a bit of coconut milk creamer.

Lunch today is steak, peppers, carrots and onion. Dinner is the same as lunch, except I have added a sweet potato. Have a nectarine, an apple, a cucumber and a banana for a snack.
I am use to eating so many carbs during the day, I am hoping I don't come down with "carb flu". I know my body will adjust eventually just for now, I think it is more mental than anything.

I also have weight lifting and cardio at the gym today after work.

I figured maybe a full 8 hours of sleep will help the lag from the initial lack of carbs.
