Good morning!

I wanted to ask if anyone has had any experience with the Breyers "Carb Smart Ice Cream" products. Are they harmless fun, or a wolf in sheep's packaging?

i like them but I only buy the preportioned ones as I am not going to measure a half cup of ice cream accurately so i wont even try. My stores have quit carrying them though so they are tough to find.

Thank you for the information! I was able to find them at Wally-World. After braving the horde of zombies, er, other customers, I picked up a box of the bars and tried one last night. I don't know if it's that I've been so long without ice cream, or if it really was that good, but I nearly inhaled it.

I had to stop myself from eating another (when I wanted to devour the whole box) but it was good, and my ketosis reading was still strong this morning. I think I'm in love!

I eat the vanilla ice cream and the bar on the right. Sometimes I put the ice cream in the blender with cocoa etc. to make a milky smoothy. Love them and they don't stall my weight loss.

i have tools available to me that most people do not, being a type 2 diabetic, and having test strips and meters, I can see readily after I eat something how it effect my blood sugar, so if a product claims to be low carb then 2 hours or less after eating it my blood sugar should not go up by much, and I can tell you that this ice cream is the real deal, have the serving reccomended and it will not knock you out of ketosis, i wouldnt eat it daily, lol, but I have had it, and have tested my sugars later, its carb level is what they say in the Net form

Wahoo! Thank you, Sir! That's the best news I've heard in a LONG time!
