hello - so i have been lifting heavy for about 2 months now - i started off with new rules for women, then when that got to complicated i switched over to strong lifts 5x5 which i am really enjoying at the moment. I tend to lift about 4 times per week, then on the days off i am going into the gym and doing some cardio.
i just wanted to check that i had selected the correct activity level -
so i'm 5'2, i weigh 11.2, i''m 30. i work as a pharmacy tech so i am literally on my feet all day walking backwards and forwards in the dispensary, lifting heavy things ect - i work 40 hours per week - i'm following a lifting programme and train 3 times per week, i some times try and fit in a session on saturday as well, but this isn't every saturday, on the other 2 days i do some cardio in the gym each session tends to be about 40 mins.
So i choose the 3-5hours per week, moderate exercise option do you think this is correct - i would say i do more than lightly active but not as much as the strenuous exercise.
hope this all makes sense

Depends on how intense the cardio is.
Of course following and preceding a lifting day, it shouldn't be too intense if lifting is the focus, but it could be more than walking.
But your daily life is better than sedentary desk job the TDEE tables are based on.
At least use this.

I'm betting more than Moderate by a bit, perhaps between levels, which even the rough formula will point out.0
