feeling inspired

i love this plan of 1200 and this is what is being indicated as appropriate for my height and goal. I have read some of your stories and feel inspired. especially convenient is this rule of having to have calorie labes on everything these days. any specific helpful hints for the long haul?

    Fiber and protein. Water is gold. You must stay hydrated! This is what I've been told by a nutritionist... Good Luck! You can do it. Just try and stick with it.

    I hope it's been working for you! I've lost 34lbs since July & half that time I was eating 1200 calories. Now I eat 1350+ or so a day because I'm almost at maintenance. Good luck!
