Hey Ho....I read that it was ok to start the daily post...or any topic, so here it is for today.
Just back from a 6Km run, was kind of hoping for a bit longer but my legs were really feeling it. I also go to some strength/cardio classes 3 times a week and I guess I was feeling last nights workout.
That is ok though, I am feeling good overall, I have just recently put the strength training back into my routine and I think overall they are making me a stronger runner.
Plus, it is a gorgeous day here, so just getting outside felt great! Hope you all have a great run today

Yesterday was my rest day, I couldn't lift my arms

Today was my first day back to running after a week off. I ran in three intervals, a 2.68 where I did 13 minute miles. Then a 1 mile in 12:22 then I ran a 3.1 (5K) in 40 minutes. It was a good running day back. Poor hubby pulled a muscle in his leg or I would have ran 6 full miles straight. He was able to get thru to a bus stop to go home which is why my run was so broke up. Can't wait for Saturday back on my training schedule, Week 4 Day 1 is a 4 Mile Run for Saturday!0
