Man, I KILLED it today. I'm pretty sure I created a hoop fitness class in my kitchen. Try pendulum lunges and squats while core hooping, and leg lifts while passing under the leg. Knee raises with breaks. Lots of dominant and alternant current of course. Don't want one side to be looking sexier than the other :-)

I ended with a little yoga cool down. My body needed that. I'm so stiff.

Playlist was Pandora again, this time the AWOLNATION station.

If I can find my measuring tape, I'm going to take my measurements so I can see if there's any progress during the 30 days. Now, where the tape went when I moved is anybody's guess....I may have to go purchase one.

    Got my 30 minutes in today. Mostly core but I need that. :)

    I kicked *kitten* today. All around! 30 minutes of very strengthening hooping! LOVED it and felt so good that when I was done I did my 30 miuntes of low back yoga~ I keep feel the blood pumping thru my body! This feels great.
