Almost missed the deadline. 207.9 this week so I stayed the same. I also did my 7 minutes of stretching this morning.0

Well, I think I'll win the prize this week for the most gain...
120.2 - that's up 3.8 pounds!
My dad is still here, and everybody was asking this morning how my weigh-in went. When he heard that I was up that much, he commented, "Boy, you sure do gain easy!"
I always think the scale moves back up too easily, so to hear him say that was a good validation for me...I am so short, and it takes so few calories for me to *live,* that having a calorie surplus for a week wreaks havoc on my weigh-in. Anyway, in a way that's very depressing, but it *is* good to know for future reference!
So, here's to better things next week! :drinker:
