    Week 12:

    165.8 lbs - loss of 5 lbs since last Friday, and had already lost 1.1 lbs because of sickness then! Dengue fever aids weight loss! I totally realise much of this will go straight back on now I am beginning to eat again, but thought I'd record anyway. Will tell Sheri to just note that I weighed in, but NOT to use this in a Top Losses :noway:

    Hope Christmas wasn't too hard for you all and that those scales are kind.
