No problems I'll do better next week :-)
Stretch - I've just found a series of ten yoga stretches I should do before bed. So that's my goal. For ease of reporting I will say the cat/cow stretch.
Bad habit - soo many I'm changing! - no soft drink

168.5 lbs - actually slightly up on last week. Was very disappointed considering all the clean eating and exercising this week, but the only positive I can draw out of it is that more of my clothes are fitting so maybe that fat is turning into muscle :mad::blushing: :ohwell:

It's a loss but considering yesterday I was 182.6 kinda grumpy about this number. I guess I shouldn't have left the 90 min workout to do last night. Oh well! A loss is a loss!0 -

Not bad not bad but a little bit higher than I wanted to see but I"m pretty sure it's all water! My Fingers look like little sausages lol :laugh:

Pardon my language, but the scale is a *****. I'm at 209.2 which is a loss of 0.1, but yesterday the scale said 206.1 so yeah, the scale just likes to be a ***** to me apparently. Was sorely tempted to report the weight from yesterday but I'm just hoping for a big loss next week.

Well I gained 0.4 lbs this week. I weighed in at 175.9 lbs.
HOWEVER, I am surprisingly OK about that! I lost 2.4 lbs last week and I never lose that amount in a week so I have been concerned I'd put a lot of it back on. 0.4 lbs is better than I had thought, so I will take it! Still averages out over the 2 weeks as a loss of 1 lb a week, so I'm on track :bigsmile:
I will definitely be watching my food intake more this week though! Sheri seems to have got me back into a good exercise routine, but I am still snacking FAR too often (and not on healthy stuff). Will have to work on that this week :ohwell:
