How's it going everyone??

How are you all doing in your program?

I have the dreaded week 5 day 5 coming up tomorrow. I hope I'm ready. Week 5 so far has been easier than week 4 was, I think because there is so much less stopping and starting. Seems like once my body gets moving its easier to stay moving. Not sure how the 20 minute run is going to go. I'm going to give it my all!

One great thing, now that I'm farther into the program, weight is coming off very quickly. I'm amazed! That is enough to keep me going!

    Week 4 was tough at first, but now ready for week 5 this weekend.
