I fell off the wagon a while back, but I was just wondering how do you log your c25k here on MFP?
As of today my two favourite programms can communicate to each other! You must update your Rundouble app, and an icon for MFP will appear on your mobile app. You can link from there!! I do hope these work well together. A good time saver for me. Happy running! :happy:
As we complete a day using the C25K app, write it here. Thus far I have completed Week 1 and Week 2 Day 1.
How are you all doing in your program? I have the dreaded week 5 day 5 coming up tomorrow. I hope I'm ready. Week 5 so far has been easier than week 4 was, I think because there is so much less stopping and starting. Seems like once my body gets moving its easier to stay moving. Not sure how the 20 minute run is going to…
I am a day behind, I completed week 2 day 3 today. I will be starting on week 3 day 1 on Wed. How is everyone else? Starting week 3?
So completed week 1, to be honest it was not as hard as I had thought. However, I started week 2 today. It was more challenging. Granted it was only 30 seconds longer, but I increased my speed. Last week: walking 2.5-3.0, jogging 4.0. This week walking 2.9-3.0 jogging, 5.1-5.3.
How is everyone doing? Are your running and walking speeds going up? Going further in 30 minutes?
For me: 1) Lose weight. 2) Tone 3) Build endurance 4) Relieve Stress
Today is the first day. I will be using the https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.c25k&hl=en app to track my progress. Have to say, I am not looking forward to running today. I hate running, but I need to get into better shape.
