Last couple of weeks, I have been busy and socializing a bit more ( eating out). I can't believe how bloated and yucky I can feel for upwards of a week after that kind of food!! and it's amazing how "cleansed" I feel after a salad!! I can almost hear my colon thanking me! lol.
