I'm off on a solo run (this time) on Sunday afternoon. I'm shooting for 7-9 miles at a slower pace so I can enjoy the fall colors. And throw in some hills to keep me honest. I'm either going to hit the local portions of the Ice Age trail or head out to my favorite county park. I'll try to take a couple pics if I can.

I did a 7.5 mile night trail run last night. Pretty slow pace since it was dark and my little 2 LED head lamps didn't put out huge amounts of light. It was nice, quiet, and peaceful.

Saw a couple of copperheads on my run.

WHOA!!!!! Extra points for jumping those! It must have been like "Pitfall!"!? The only hazards I usually find this time of year are walnuts!
