Goals

Here are my fitness goals for the future.

Short Term: I would like to see some sort of change on my next BodPod assessment. I feel like it has come so soon, and I am worried nothing will have changed. So, any sort of positive change (decrease in body fat, or increase in fat free mass) would be great.

Medium Term: I would like to lose 10 lbs. I think it is a good, achievable goal for where I am right now. If I could do this by the end of the class, that would be great, but as long as I can get it done relatively soon I will be satisfied.

Long Term: I would like to, at a minimum, move myself into the "moderately lean" category of body fat. Right now I am at 34%, so if I could reach 29% or lower, I would be very happy. Any additional weight loss would be great, but I think this is a good milestone.
