Did a little 7.72miles today, 1hr at average pace 7.50min mile. Probably one more run and then Booom off to my marathon. Hope you've all had a good day.

Have a great Marathon Ed, a lot of my friends are doing one today. Such a great day for it here today, crisp and sunny. I have pulled a muscle in my calf (on my last run) so won't be running for at least a week.
