    I have stayed pretty much the same this week (complete lack of exercise so my own fault) but will do better next week!!

    This week I had mentally prepared myself as best I could for no change or a gain since I started eating more the past three days. I am really excited to have a full week of eating some of my exercise cals back and seeing what that brings! I've got a lot of ground to make up before Christmas.

    I am still not losing. I can't cut too many calories right now, but I am exercising almost every day even twice a day most days. I an hoping to lose inches and so far I have lost an inch off my natural waist and around my belly button, and half an inch off my hips and off each thigh, calf, and bicep. Nothing off my bust which sucks because my back is where I want to lose (and my stomach). So 5 inches total.

    The scales haven't moved that much the last two weeks, but at least are moving in the right direction!!! Doc has upped my dosage of Levothyroxine for underactive thyroid, so hoping that will help. But maybe time to zig-zag calories more and try and confuse the scales into what I'm doing.

    It's inspirational to see everyone's efforts... keep up the great work everyone!!
